Technical support.
On site.
Technical support for project teams working through queries, changes and delivery. A clear response starts with a clear understanding of the question.
Discuss your projectFrom a query
to an informed decision.
A technical question can cross several documents and responsibilities. Start by identifying the question, the information available and the person who needs to make the decision.
Engin can review relevant drawings and records, help explain design intent and develop a practical technical response. Where site observations are included in the appointment, they provide context for the information being reviewed.
The aim is a response the team can use: what is understood, what remains uncertain, the recommended next step and what needs checking afterwards.

Support that follows
the work.
The appointment may include
- Review of technical queries and relevant project information.
- Explanation of design intent and interfaces.
- Site observations and recorded technical notes.
- Review of proposed changes within the appointed scope.
- Remedial recommendations and agreed follow-up checks.
- Support with technical information for handover.
Installation responsibility remains with the appointed contractor. Technical support is not automatically a legal advisory, contractual claims or contract administrator role. Each project needs a defined appointment.
Bring the relevant
information together.
Send the query, the current drawing revision and any relevant observations or photographs. Include the project location, programme and the decision deadline.
Explain who is involved, what has already been tried and any interfaces with other trades or designers. This helps establish the right review and any site attendance needed.
